Shipments & Returns

How long does shipment take?

We will send your parcel within 1 to 5 days. The shipment time depends on your country, we are shipping from France. You will received a notification by email with a tracking number.

There are no shipment available

Your country is not yet in our system. Simply write us an email to support@hiloke.com or use the contact form with the country you wish to ship to. We will add it as soon as possible in our system and will notify you via email.

Is my product eligible for a refund?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

What should I do to return the product?

Please send a message to support@hiloke.com with the name of the item you wanna return. We will provide you the return address (France).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
